DNA-based storage is considered to be a promising option accommodate huge amounts of data. The strings nucleotides are prone errors though. To reduce the error probability, these should satisfy constraints on ratio A's and T's versus number G's C's, maximum repeated identical nucleotides. deal with when they occur after all, it also desirable that set DNA-strings possesses certain correction or detection capabilities. This established by designing quaternary constrained codes specified minimum distance. Here, maximum-sized block fixed G/C symbols, no symbol repetition, Hamming distance two presented.
